BIOSAUNA
Upon entering the Sauna, it will be programmed as a Roman Sauna, but it can be changed to Biosauna if you prefer. Please review the instructions provided at Reception. It's a gentle sauna.
Temperature: 45ºC-55ºC | Relative Humidity: 25%-35%
ROMAN SAUNA
Upon entering the Sauna, it will be programmed as a Roman Sauna, but it can be changed to another type of Sauna if you prefer. Please review the instructions provided at Reception. It's a beneficial and effective sauna for blood circulation, helps reduce muscle tension and stress, and allows for intense sweating.
Temperature: 60ºC-70ºC | Relative Humidity: 20%-25%
FINNISH SAUNA
Upon entering the Sauna, it will be programmed as a Roman Sauna, but it can be changed to a Finnish Sauna if you prefer. Please review the instructions provided at Reception.
It's a traditional or dry sauna.
Temperature between 80ºC - 90º | Reduced Relative Humidity
Our Hammam in Nerja offers these 3 Programming Options:
TEPIDARIUM
Upon entering the Hammam, you can choose the Tepidarium Option from the programs offered by the Hammam.
Characterized by medium steam saturation and an approximate temperature of 38ºC.
The low temperature promotes the body's warming up and the opening of skin pores.
HAMMAM
Upon entering the Hammam, you can choose the Hammam Option from the programs offered by the Hammam.
Although usually associated with massages, the hammam represents a moment of relaxation and true well-being. Steam saturation is high but the temperature is around 40°C.
CALIDARIUM
Upon entering the Hammam, you can choose the Calidarium Option from the programs offered by the Hammam.
It's a Hammam option with the highest temperature program (approximately 42°C) and steam pressure levels close to 100%. Sweating is intense, which will produce a natural detoxification in the body.
OPENING HOURS: The opening and closing hours of the wellness area (Hammam Room, Sauna, and Jet Shower) are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Last access at 8:00 pm.

The maximum duration of use of this area is 1 hour, the Gym has no limit on hours of use except for its opening hours which can be checked at Reception prior to arrival, as well as the Hydrotherapy area with the 2 outdoor jacuzzis that are suitable and free of charge for all guests of our hotel in Nerja.
